Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. A true patriot, Birel would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Jocelyn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Elven unity. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born in the north to a Body Guard, Jocelyn learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his grey boots flare out at the collars. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born to a Roofer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cook.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: Melissa is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
