History: Tree was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Balam was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mason. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

History: Born to a Butcher, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She's also a talented Butcher, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and expand her business

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Faran was a troubled youth.
