Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a yellow cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. His black hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Berrian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Eiravel was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Interpreter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born in a small desert village. She found a children's book about a Dwarf Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To unite with her brother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother
