History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Pikar reached his early adolescence his Halfling father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Tethren isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. The war was a terrible time for him, and Tethren does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

Personality: This woman loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing dancing.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Tailor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Tailor work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has taken up work as a Tailor and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. After coming to the age of reason, Jasmine took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Carter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Maynild was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She got money to start a business from the gang present in town. She is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
