Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ûkshak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'3" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears long strands of ruby and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His crest, while still mostly green, has prominent grey streaks. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: An older man who is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape, he is not a threatening figure. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are gray and catlike.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barkeep work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barkeep work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Barkeep job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Ur-Masi was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ur-Masi alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
