Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bree embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, Bree and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and she is wracked by social anxiety

History: Gifted from a young age, Lia studied abroad. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Lia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
