Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Valafar never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Yvonne was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Healer. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
