She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Tanner job and began her own company from there.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Mason like his mother before him.

History: She was born in the west. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His childhood dream was to be a Map Maker, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Farmer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Farmer responsibilities is difficult; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
