History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is cool and collected. She likes to make quips and puns whenever she does anything. She also makes a point to compliment her superiors and flatter them. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Carter but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
