History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Quelenna grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When Quelenna reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She comes from a rich western family. A freak accident while working with her Junk Dealer mother left her crippled. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions
