Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Gnome, and stands approximately 3'4". He wears a fancy tan suit, and his gloved hand is found clutching a pickaxe. His brown hair is braided into rings. His brown eyes peer out from beneath his feathered tan hat.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Kipper was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Ploughman. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
