History: Born in the west to a Bookbinder, Gubu learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He prefers to wear red clothing when he does not wear armor. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is a Mason first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He worked as a nervous Mason and found it very stressful. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and expand his business

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has styled his silver hair well, parting it to the right. His fierce black eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Purson lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Purson was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
