Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jillian grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has worked as a Mayor like her mother before her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Mayor responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern
