Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Healer for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and half-elven compassion

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a long, brown cloak. He has wavy red fur. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. Her black hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
