History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Anverth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Anverth. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: She is mildly Halfling supremacist, though she does not identify as such. Kithri enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Kithri lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and doesn't want to be a stylist and was forced into it by her family

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Cartwright born in the past three hundred years. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Gadreel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student she started as a Mortician, but she got bored and became a Cartwright. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Az-Rans was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Callybon hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Callybon was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.
