History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and she's repulsed by the pc

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She found a children's book about a Elf Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
