Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uthemar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
