Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A deep hatred of illithids.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Kody is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Gardener. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
