Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Dalaba was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Qualen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his painting dream.
