History: Born in the south to a Tanner, Ahvain learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Ahvain was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Kansif liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
