History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Harann is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Harann was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Dilettante but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Alice was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and she feels kind of lost in life

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. After a long history of fighting, Henk and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
