History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Brottor alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Nelkin has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nelkin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
