Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oskar embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fortune-teller, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family.

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized amber on his left hand. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hugolina fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was born into a rich family. She has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. She is a great chef.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Meriele and her spouse have recently divorced.
