History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
