Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heskan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mason work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mason work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's also a talented Barber, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and expand his business

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Gnomes. His skin is dark but he possesses many brown ritualistic tattoos. He wears tattered old clothes. His golden hair is singed and shortened. His green eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson blue hat.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against orcs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Description: A 4'7" western woman, she wears tan robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a trident, but if one is not available she will default to her scythe. She keeps her long black hair kept up in a rat tail. She has a tattooed face.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His gold crest is matted, messy, and big. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural half-orc artifacts is his passion
