Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His golden hair is thinning but still full. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to reunite with his absent mother

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His hair is short and silver. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
Ideals: Gifted, Philantrophist. Flaws: Ugly. Bonds: Immigrant, Criminal record. Occupation: Doctor

Description: This malnourished man wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are gray and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Reynard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She wears her chestnut hair up. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.
Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: She was born in a small desert village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Blossom took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Locksmith for hire.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and balancing her hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 4'0" when asserting himself. His auburn hair is lengthy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
