Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Detective who has hired him part-time. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tabaxis.

History: Gifted from a young age, Aura studied abroad. After coming to the age of reason, Aura took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Cook. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Description: An older man who wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, he is not a threatening figure. His rusty crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.
