History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. Through the years after Perra was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away.
