Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Theriatis alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: Mamnen was born the youngest of three triplets. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
