History: Chem was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. History: Trym was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and to be a fletcher again

History: He comes from a rich western family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He tends to his Guard job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
