Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. The war was a terrible time for her, and Bree does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
