History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Emeny liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Armorer for the past few years.

Personality: Pallabar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
