History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Aelar took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor he uses now. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Kathra embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. A gifted student she started as a Server, but she got bored and became a Bather. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She struck the Butcher job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: An older man who wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition, he is not a threatening figure. His bronze crest is greasy and uncared for. His red eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Quarethon hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 3'4" when asserting herself. Her white hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Orc artifacts is her passion.
