History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and many giants want him driven away

History: Born to a Banker, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Kody and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
