History: He was born at the edge of vast island. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Darrow's homeland. Darrow decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Miles embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Miles lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Miles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north.
