Her cinnamon fur is braided into rings. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. After months of barely getting by, River managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she is greedy
