History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting gnolls, the young Gerald began to lead the lost caravan. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Nikki learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Nikki never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: She was born in a small island village. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
