Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Weaver business.

History: Ulla was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, she put together a working one.
