Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Valanthe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.
