Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Millicent grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills.
