History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was born in a small island village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. History: She comes from a rich northern family. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. After a long history of fighting, Melissa and her spouse have recently divorced.
