History: Joan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In her 15th year, her parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Joan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Ubada liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
