Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Dragonborn people; and wants to work out more often
