Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gerald is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Jabbie was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady. Her hair is black and very short. Her amber eyes peer out from beneath her broad grey hat.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When Hadwisa reached her early adolescence her Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 4'7" and likes to wear ponchos typically of a light tan in addition to tight pants. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shoemaker. He has achieved small success as a Shoemaker.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shoemaker responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His golden hair is thinning but still full. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. Theren is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. After a long history of fighting, Theren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers
