Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Naeris was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Naeris and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a greatsword on his belt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He keeps his red hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are hazel and beady.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Tanner. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tanner for the past few years.
