Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Tawar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born in the north to a Carter, Tawar learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and balancing her hectic life and new carter responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is obsessed with her god.

History: Kabbarg was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Kabbarg was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: This younger middle-aged man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull red iron scale mail, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gilthur embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He is greedy.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. A freak accident while working with his Server mother left him crippled. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to unite with his brother
