History: Naal was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Elf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
