History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Butcher for hire.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Layabout profession.

History: Cloak was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Layabout, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature scythe.
