Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she seems to be bored by most things

Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Sariel has worked very hard to control her curse. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
