History: He was born into a rich family. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Ahvain and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. The war was a terrible time for her, and Marigold does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Body Guard mother left her crippled. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Justin was born with his father's beautiful face. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Sarah enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was raised in a desert tribe. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Armorer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She bought a crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and wants to work out more often

His hair is long and auburn with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small tan clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Umpen hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
